Our first point of contact together during the Free – 20 minute consultation is designed for you to share with me what areas you are looking for Health Coaching. We can discuss what has been tripping you up, explore your readiness to change and few of your initial goals.  I will share with you how my coaching programs work, give some suggestions on services and let the transformation begin!

This is my presentation table at a Corporate Lunch & Learn for a talk on “How to Reduce Your Toxic Load”.  Participants can interact wth me and get a better idea of the common everyday items they may have in their home that are increasing their toxic load.  I enjoy providing healthy alternatives and ideas on how to clean up your home by making simple healthy swaps.

Single Session:  1-on-1 Lifestyle Review Consultation

This option would be for someone who is self-motivated and needs some help getting prioritized and setting goals and ready to take action with your lifestyle choices. Or, they are curious to tryout Health Coaching and want to see how it works before they commit further.

During the comprehensive initial intake via an online meeting platform, we will:

  • review your intake questionnaire that you fill out ahead of time
  • discuss your concerns and priorities
  • set attainable short-term goals
  • and outline specific preparation steps to succeed

After the initial intake meeting you will receive: educational resources via one email with specific program action steps, and a maximum of 3 follow-up emails for additional questions.

3-Month 1-on-1 Program

This package is designed to break down your goals into attainable steps and prepare you to achieve a healthy lifestyle that you are able to maintain. The focus will be on the platform called The 8 Essentials for Optimal Health.

During the comprehensive initial intake meeting via an online meeting platform, we will:

  • review your intake questionnaire that you fill out ahead of time
  • discuss your concerns and priorities
  • set attainable goals for the month
  • and outline specific preparation steps to succeed

After the initial intake meeting you will receive:

  • educational resources via email each month
  • specific program action steps via email each month
  • unlimited email support from me with a verbal check-in each month
  • and follow-up monthly meetings for the 3 months

We will review your progress, set new goals, brainstorm barrier removal techniques, and this will also include additional resources so you can keep learning and progressing with your health.

Group Coaching Programs

Programs are available for small groups of 3-25 people. These programs are designed for participants who want to customize a coaching plan and attain specific goals or become educated on specific health topics.

Completely customizable programs and education can be delivered for a fixed price or at an hourly rate.  I would be happy to speak with Human Resources about what your needs are and put together a  proposal.

 

Lunch & Learn 1 Hour Sessions 

Your company can provide an opportunity for your employees to receive cutting edge health related information designed to educate, inspire and promote a call to action to improve their health.  Serving a healthy lunch or snack can be a great incentive for participation.

Corporte Wellness Challenges

I can help plan and execute “Challenges” for your employees that will improve their health, and inspire a sense of community thus invoking a healthier environment at the work place, improving moral and possibly decreasing sick time off.  These can be individual and team based challenges.
