The 8 Essentials for Optimal Health is the platform that I have based my health coaching on.  It helps people narrow the focus on how to get your health back on track or at least gives you a starting point to jump into your journey to wellness.

You can download my FREE PDF The 8 Essentials for Optimal Health, by clicking on the tab above.  By doing so, you ‘ll be able to assess yourself in the 8 areas and figure out how to begin making lifestyle changes that will stick and transform your current health to optimal health.

Once you have reviewed The 8 Essentials for Optimal Health, rate yourself between 1 to 10 on how you feel you are currently performing in those areas of your life, with 1 being poor and 7 being a rock star.

The 8 Essentials for Optimal Health

  • Eating Whole Foods
  • Stress Perception
  • Safe Movement
  • Having Fun
  • Sleep
  • Addressing Old Traumas
  • Spirituality
  • Toxic Load Reduction

Picking the Essential you rated highest on is a great place to start, because all you need to do is make a few tweaks and you can achieve success quickly.

From there you make a plan on how to tackle the remaining 7 areas.  Working with me makes this process much more attainable and less overwhelming.  Sign-up for your FREE 20-minute consultation TODAY, and find out how I can help you get there! Click on the tab above to book an appointment.

Getting educated on each specific essential is key.  Unless you understand why it’s important in your life and what you’re trying to achieve, you won’t be motivated to make changes.  Seeking reliable information from quality resources is imperative to avoiding over spending, risky fads, and poor results.

You can work on more than one essential at a time, but make sure you’re not making too many changes at once.  Getting overwhelmed is the number one reason people abandon their efforts to obtain better health.

Be patient, plan ahead, and be realistic.  If you’ve had an unhealthy habit such as eating late at night for years, it’s going to take time for you to make the adjustment.

Preparation is also a key factor in success.  Do you need a new pair of exercise shoes?  Do you need to assess your current food situation at home?  Do you need a meal-planning app that will help you adjust your cooking habits?  Is there something else besides what you eat that may be holding you back? We can work together to help you figure that out!

If you’re here on this website reading this, you are seeking, and it is time to make the decision to improve your health.  It’s time to BE FOR YOU!
